RETURN POLICY

If you receive the wrong item or your item is defective please notify us right away after receiving your order. Please immediately send us an email at grace@trufacebygrace.com. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all TrufacebyGrace and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

You have 7 days after the shipment date for any exchanges or returns. No exceptions! All merchandise returns, exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. WE do not accept any returns for Jewelry for sanitary reasons. To return/exchange an item visit the RETURNS center at this link.

  • Sizing issues can be exchanged
  • If you do not like an item you can return only if it meets the conditions for return for store credit
  • Refund to original payment method only if items are defective

Eligibility Rules for Returns and Exchanges

  • Accept returns 7 days after item is delivered.
  • No returns of discounted/ final sale items.
  • No returns/exchanges are allowed for jewelry unless item is defective.
  • TrufacebyGrace will not process a credit for requests submitted after 7 days from receiving your order.
  • TrufacebyGrace will not process a credit if item(s) appears to have been worn. Store credit is only issued if the item(s) is returned unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc), and with any/all product tags still attached.
  • You can use your store credit on ANYTHING at www.trufacebygrace.com and it NEVER expires.  
  • Customer is responsible for the shipping of an item for reasons other than defect.
  • We recommend you track your returned packages and/or buy insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the mail
  • If you believe you received an incorrect item, please email us at grace@trufacebygrace.com as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue for you immediately.

Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused and these return fees may be deducted from your refund. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.

All items purchased during sales or in the sale section can be return for store credit online. Processing returns for refunds takes about 2-3 business days. Please contact your bank for processing times on their end.

All Items that are shipped free when returned for refund will be liable to the applicable shipping fees.
