Shipping Policy
At TruFaceByGrace, we value every customer and take great care getting your order to you. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-order, custom, and backordered items follow their own timelines — see our Preorder Policy and Custom Order Policy. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email or SMS with tracking, so please add a valid email address at checkout. If a delay occurs, we'll notify you by email or SMS.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect address information, and we are unable to reship or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.
U.S. Orders
We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. First Class delivery typically takes 2–5 days after processing, while Priority arrives within the transit speed you select at checkout. Please note that a shipping speed reflects the carrier's transit time only — it does not include our processing time. Expedited and next-day options, where available, are shown at checkout.
Local Pickup
Prefer to collect your order in person? Local pickup is available at our Springfield, Virginia boutique during regular store hours. Choose the local pickup option at checkout where available, or contact us to arrange a time.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide. Prices on our site are in USD. International delivery usually takes 6–10 business days, though delivery may take longer depending on your country's customs.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders ship with duties and taxes unpaid. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility — we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details. We cannot refund orders due to customs charges, and if a package is refused, any related charges may be deducted.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) directly to open an inquiry. TruFaceByGrace does not accept responsibility for packages the carrier confirms as delivered, and we are unable to issue refunds or credits for them.
