If I had it. Ms. Grace reluctantly gave my my money back, after I told her my iyem was not on my doorstep, nor clusterbox for my neighborhood. Im still trying to see if USPS can further track my item. If it is recovered, I have no problem returning the funds. Ive been her customer for 5 years, and due to a mishap with not reading my text, to the subsequent phone call, with her trying to put the blame on me, when I clearly stated not to send it until I come back from travel, I would still be her loyal customer. She has to be more understanding and not cut off her customers when they are trying to speak, which is a no no for me. I am hoping there is a resolution to the USPS issue very soon. Grace is a nice person, but I do not tolerate trying to put blame on the customer when the customer made an attempt to stop the shipment, AND cutting me off. She did "own up to it," but refused to listen to what I may be doing to try and resolve it before asking for my money back as last resort. She will always have customers, but she lost this one. It wont hurt her in the long run.
