These are custom made in our studio. Cowries are are individually hand stitched . It takes about 2-3 weeks to be completed. We will need exact head circumference.

Crafted from an already made Zulu hat from South Africa, and with genuine cowry shells from Kenya , this hat is meticulously arranged and hand stitched to create the look. Please note that this note is by no means perfect because on the nature it is made and will have variations in shape per the original al base of the hat.
Considering the unique and made-to-order nature of this product, since the hat is crafted based on your head circumference we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges. Your understanding of these conditions is greatly appreciated.

Order Cancellation Policy
Important: No Refunds for Cancellation
At TrufacebyGrace, Order Cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances. However, if you accidentally place an order and notify us within one hour of placing the order, we can issue you a store credit. We do not offer refunds at any time.
No Refund Policy
We have a NO REFUND POLICY in place. Once a purchase is made, we are unable to offer refunds. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, and images before making a purchase decision. In case of a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product for assistance.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Defective items must be reported within 3 days of package arrival. Refunds and cancellations are not issued for any reason. Items must be unworn and undamaged.
Order Errors
If there has been an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or size, notify our customer service team within one business day of receiving the item for assistance.
Defective Items
Contact our customer service team within three (3) days of receiving the item if it is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended.
Return Shipping
The shipping costs for returning the item to TrufacebyGrace will be the responsibility of the customer unless it is a defective item or item(s) sent in error.
IMPORTANT:
Original Packaging must be well maintained, and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage.
Final Sale Items:
All FINAL SALES, CLEARANCE, or any items purchased during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
