At TrufacebyGrace we value every single customer and we take the utmost care with deliveries. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment on time, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the USPS or the delivery carrier.  TrufacebyGrace does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

For US orders we ship most orders USPS 2-3 days Priority with tracking. Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

OUTSIDE OF THE US

TrufacebyGrace is proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. TrufacebyGrace is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

CUSTOMS

Non-US customers

Any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country - we'd recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot refund purchases due to import/customs charges.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.  If you wish to return the parcel please email us for the return address at grace@trufacebygrace.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS priority shipping for convenience and tracking. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all TrufacebyGrace and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused and these return fees may be deducted from your refund. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.

All items purchased during sales or in the sale section can be return for store credit online. Processing returns for refunds takes about 2-3 business days. Please contact your bank for processing times on their end.

All Items that are shipped free when returned for refund will be liable to the applicable shipping fees.

At TrufacebyGrace, we have a strict order cancellation policy in place.

 Cancellation Window: Order cancellations are only allowed on the same day the order is placed. No exceptions will be made.

No Exceptions: We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate order cancellations beyond the same day of order placement. Once the day ends, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel: To cancel an order on the same day it is placed, please contact our customer support team immediately at Customerservice@trufacebygrace.com or 410 917 8333. Provide your order details and request the cancellation.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your order is successfully canceled within the same day, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Defective items must be reported within 3 days of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not process an exchange Refunds and cancellations are not issued for any reason.  Items must be unworn and undamaged. Returns requests must be approved before item is returned.

Policies takes into effect once an order is placed. TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND THE HEALTH OF OUR CUSTOMERS, THERE WILL NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. 2.Order Errors: If there has been an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or size, please notify our customer service team within three (2) days of receiving the item. We will gladly assist you in rectifying the issue by providing the correct item or size or offering store credit.

3. Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended, please contact our customer service team within three (2) days of receiving the item. Send pictures of the defects via email or text and ma

 We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by repairing or replacing the item, or by providing store credit.

4. Return Shipping: When exchanging a product or returning an item for store credit, the shipping costs for returning the item to TrufacebyGrace will be the responsibility of the customer. Unless is a defective item or item(s) sent in error. We will email a return label after customer sends proof of damagegWe recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return reaches us safely.

 IMPORTANT: Original Packaging must be well maintained, and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage. Please. Note that if you do not protect the package and upon receipt the item is further damaged, we will not accept the item and there will be no replacement or exchange.

Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Most jewelry will have measurements in the description of the listing. If you are unsure of the size of the item, please contact us first before purchasing. Purchasing the wrong size do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.

If we suspect a customer of WARDROBING, or wearing the items and sending them back no credit or refund will be issued, and they will be blocked from our site. 

Final Sale Items: ARE ALWAYS Non-Returnable, No Exceptions

All FINAL SALES, CLEARANCE or any items purchased during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
