At TrufacebyGrace, Order Cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances. However, if you accidentally place an order and notify us within one hour of placing the order, we can issue you a store credit. We do not offer refunds at any time.

We have a NO REFUND POLICY in place. Once a purchase is made, we are unable to offer refunds. EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Defective items must be reported within 3 days of package arrival. Refunds and cancellations are not issued for any reason. Items must be unworn and undamaged.
