Unapologetically Bold. Culturally Rooted.
The luxury Black-owned jewelry house turning African heritage into wearable art — worn on Hollywood sets, the Oscars red carpet, on international magazine covers, and by some of the world's most iconic women.
The Brand
Jewelry made for the woman who refuses to blend in.
TruFaceByGrace is a luxury Black-owned jewelry and accessories house founded in 2017 by Grace Yeboah Ofori — a Ghanaian-born, Canadian-raised creative entrepreneur now based in Springfield, Virginia. Each piece is handcrafted from cowry shells, brass, horn, bone, leather and raffia, in partnership with artisans around the world.
What began at DMV markets and festival circuits — from the Brooklyn Dance Festival to ESSENCE Fest — has grown into a brand whose statement pieces are sought out by Oscar-winning costume designers, global stylists, and major film and television productions. The mission is twofold: celebrate the richness of global craft traditions, and empower the women and artisans who bring each design to life.
The rule of thumb is simple: if you're getting stopped on the street and complimented every time you wear it, it's TruFaceByGrace.
On Screen, On Stage & On the Red Carpet
Worn in blockbusters. Chosen by icons.
TruFaceByGrace pieces were selected by Oscar-winning costume designer Ruth E. Carter for Coming 2 America, where the brand's custom jewels appeared alongside houses like Khiry and traditional gems from Bulgari and Swarovski. The brand's designs have also reached the red carpets of the Oscars, Emmys and Golden Globes.

A cover, a runway, and a history-making night.
In November 2025, TruFaceByGrace took the stage at the GUBA Awards in Barbados — the first time the ceremony was hosted in the Caribbean — with an on-stage fashion showcase that, in the words of Nation News, “drew many excited gasps from the audience.” Grace Yeboah Ofori landed the cover of the Weekend Buzz and a two-page editorial spread.
The event drew global figures including the Asantehene of Ghana and Sir Richard Branson, and the showcase was covered by TIME, which noted the brand was “drawing investor interest in African fashion's growing market.”
