Custom Order Policy

TruFaceByGrace creates custom, made-to-order pieces — one-of-a-kind statement jewelry and accessories designed around you, whether for everyday wear or a special moment like a wedding, photoshoot, performance, or film and television production. Here's how the process works.

1. Start With a Consultation

Reach out at customerservice@trufacebygrace.com or through our Contact page with your idea, your event or deadline, and any inspiration images. Our team will talk through design, materials, sizing, and pricing with you.

2. Quote & Deposit

Once your design is confirmed, we will send you a quote. A deposit is required before production begins, with the balance due before your piece ships. Your deposit reserves your place in our studio's production schedule.

3. Production Timeline

Every custom piece is handcrafted from natural materials, so timelines vary by design and complexity. We will confirm an estimated completion date with you before starting. Please reach out well ahead of any event date to allow enough time for design and creation.

4. Updates & Revisions

We will keep you informed throughout the process. Once production has begun, significant design changes may affect your price and timeline, so we will always confirm any changes with you first.

5. Materials & Natural Variation

Custom pieces are handmade from materials such as cowry shell, brass, horn, bone, leather, and raffia. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and make your piece truly unique.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because each custom piece is made just for you, custom orders are final sale. They cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. 7. Shipping

Completed custom orders ship according to our Shipping & Delivery policy once final payment is received.
