Preorder Policy

A pre-order lets you reserve a TruFaceByGrace piece before it is back in stock or before a new design is released — so it's yours the moment it's ready. Please review the terms below before placing a pre-order.

What Counts as a Pre-Order

Only items clearly marked “Pre-Order” on the product page are eligible for pre-order. Not every sold-out item is available this way.

Shipping Timeline

Each pre-order product page shows an estimated ship window. Your piece ships as soon as it is ready; if the timeline changes, we will let you know by email. Expedited or early delivery is not available on pre-order items.

Staying Updated

Production dates can occasionally shift. We will keep you informed at the email address on your order — please add customerservice@trufacebygrace.com to your contacts so our updates reach your inbox.

Orders With Multiple Items

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order ships together once the pre-order item is ready. To receive your in-stock pieces sooner, please place them in a separate order.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Your piece will ship according to the timeline communicated to you.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

In keeping with our store policy, orders containing pre-order items cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Pre-order items are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable unless they arrive defective — in which case, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
