Wrapped with soft cotton fabric strips in various iconic African Ankara prints, these handmade choker necklaces couldn't be more comfortable to wear. Finished with delicate metal clasps in back, the fabric choker necklaces can be stacked up for a lavishly layered look or worn individually as simple accent accessories.

Shipping Policy
- At TruFaceByGrace, we value every customer and take great care with your packages.
- Please ensure your address is complete and correct; we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.
- Estimated shipping times are provided after your order is shipped.
- If an item is undeliverable and returned, you will receive store credit for the purchase price, excluding shipping fees. No refunds will be issued. Reshipping will incur standard shipping rates.
Undelivered Shipments / Lost Packages
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please allow an additional 3 business days.
- If the package still hasn't arrived, contact us at customerservice@trufacebygrace.com. A refund will not be issued. We will file a claim and reship the item or issue store credit after processing.
Please Note:
- Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding pre-order and custom items.
- Weekend or holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
- Local pickup is available Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Once fulfilled, orders cannot be altered.
- It can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship after payment authorization. You will receive an email with shipping details and tracking information. If delays occur, you will be notified via email or SMS.
USA Orders
- Shipping Method: USPS, FedEx, or UPS may be used.
- Express orders will have a 1-business-day processing time if placed before 4 PM on weekdays.
- Next Day Shipping: Cost shown at checkout; order by 4 PM EST (Mon-Fri) for next business day delivery. No Saturday delivery.
Outside of the US
- TruFaceByGrace proudly services customers worldwide! Default pricing is in USD. Delivery typically takes 2-10 business days, depending on customs. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or charges.
Customs
- Shipping methods selected do not include customs and taxes charged by your country.
- Orders are shipped with import fees and taxes unpaid; recipients must pay any customs or import duties.

- If you refuse a package due to customs fees, no store credit will be issued.
