These are custom made in our studio. Cowries are are individually hand stitched . It takes about 2-3 weeks to be completed. We will need exact head circumference.

Please be aware that this hat is meticulously handcrafted, devoid of templates, resulting in distinct variations in size and shape. Crafted from an already made Zulu hat from South Africa, and with genuine cowry shells from Kenya , this hat is meticulously arranged and hand stitched to create the look. Please note that this note is by no means perfect because on the nature it is made and will have variations in shape per the original al base of the hat.
Considering the unique and made-to-order nature of this product, since the hat is crafted based on your head circumference we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges. Your understanding of these conditions is greatly appreciated.

Because these materials are natural and each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and make your piece one of a kind. Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive tracking by email or SMS once your order ships.
Delivery: Within the U.S., First Class typically arrives 2–5 days after processing; Priority arrives within the speed selected at checkout. Expedited and next-day options are shown at checkout where available. International orders typically arrive in 6–10 business days, though customs can add time. International duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
TruFaceByGrace operates on a no-refund policy. Because our pieces are handmade, slight imperfections are part of their character — please review the product details and photos carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will make it right. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
