About TruFaceByGrace
TruFaceByGrace is a bold, culturally rooted statement jewelry brand — designed to be seen, worn to be remembered. Every piece is handcrafted with intention, celebrating culture, elegance, and self-expression. We partner with boutiques, retailers, pop-up shops, and curated spaces that align with our brand values and are committed to representing our collections authentically.
Wholesale Account Approval
All wholesale accounts must be approved before placing an order. Submit your application at trufacebygrace.com/pages/wholesale-application. Accounts are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days. Approval is at the sole discretion of TruFaceByGrace.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is tiered based on total order value:

| $10,000 and above | 40% off SRP |
Approved partners must sell all TruFaceByGrace products at or above the suggested retail price (SRP). Discounting below SRP without written approval is a violation of our wholesale agreement.
Order Minimums
- Opening Order: $1,000 minimum
- Reorder Minimum: $500 minimum
- Per Style / Design MOQ: 12 pieces per style or design variant (in multiples of 12)
Payment Terms
New Accounts: Payment in full due upon invoice confirmation before production begins.
Established Accounts (3+ completed orders): 70% deposit upon order confirmation; 30% balance before shipment.
Accepted Methods: PayPal, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer (ACH/Wire). Production does not begin until payment clears. Invoices not paid within 5 business days will be cancelled.
Production & Lead Time
All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 3 weeks from payment confirmation for production and fulfillment. Rush orders may be available — contact us prior to ordering. You will receive tracking once your order ships.
Shipping
- All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
- A separate shipping invoice will be issued once your order is packaged and ready
- All orders ship with insured tracking
- Local and international shipping available
- TruFaceByGrace is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages after handoff, or international customs fees
Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods
All wholesale sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive damaged or defective items, contact customerservice@trufacebygrace.com within 5 days of receipt with your order number and photos. Verified damaged items will be replaced or credited at TruFaceByGrace's discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of invoice confirmation at no charge. After 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Once in production, orders cannot be cancelled.
Resale & Brand Representation
- Wholesale buyers agree to represent TruFaceByGrace products accurately and professionally at all times
- Products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Poshmark, Etsy, etc.) without prior written approval
- TruFaceByGrace product images may not be used by wholesale partners — buyers must create their own photography
- TruFaceByGrace branding may not be modified or used outside of promoting our products without written permission
Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, terms, and linesheet information shared with approved partners is confidential and may not be shared with third parties.
Agreement
By submitting a wholesale application or placing a wholesale order with TruFaceByGrace, the buyer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document. TruFaceByGrace reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
