At TrufacebyGrace we value every single customer and we take the utmost care with deliveries. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment on time, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the USPS or the delivery carrier. TrufacebyGrace does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
For US orders we ship most orders USPS 2-3 days Priority with tracking. Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. TrufacebyGrace is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country - we'd recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot refund purchases due to import/customs charges.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. If you wish to return the parcel please email us for the return address at email@example.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS priority shipping for convenience and tracking. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all TrufacebyGrace and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused and these return fees may be deducted from your refund. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.
All items purchased during sales or in the sale section can be return for store credit online. Processing returns for refunds takes about 2-3 business days. Please contact your bank for processing times on their end.
All Items that are shipped free when returned for refund will be liable to the applicable shipping fees.

Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not process the refund or exchange. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and ship you the correct item or a replacement for the defective item.
IMPORTANT: Original Packaging must be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage. Please. Note that if you do not protect the package and upon receipt the item is damaged we will not accept the item and there will be no replacement or refund.
Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Most jewelry will have measurements in the description of the listing. If you are unsure of the size of the item, please contact us first before purchasing. Purchasing the wrong size do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.
If we suspect a customer of WARDROBING, or wearing the items and sending them back no credit or refund will be issued and they will be blocked from our site.
