- Please ensure your address is complete and correct; we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.
- Estimated shipping times are provided after your order is shipped.
- If an item is undeliverable and returned, you will receive store credit for the purchase price, excluding shipping fees. No refunds will be issued. Reshipping will incur standard shipping rates.
Undelivered Shipments / Lost Packages
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please allow an additional 3 business days.
- If the package still hasn't arrived, contact us at customerservice@trufacebygrace.com. A refund will not be issued. We will file a claim and reship the item or issue store credit after processing.

- Weekend or holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
- Local pickup is available Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Once fulfilled, orders cannot be altered.
- It can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship after payment authorization. You will receive an email with shipping details and tracking information. If delays occur, you will be notified via email or SMS.
USA Orders
- Shipping Method: USPS, FedEx, or UPS may be used.
- Express orders will have a 1-business-day processing time if placed before 4 PM on weekdays.
- Next Day Shipping: Cost shown at checkout; order by 4 PM EST (Mon-Fri) for next business day delivery. No Saturday delivery.

- TruFaceByGrace proudly services customers worldwide! Default pricing is in USD. Delivery typically takes 2-10 business days, depending on customs. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or charges.
