Refunds
TruFaceByGrace operates on a no-refund policy. Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer refunds. Where a return is accepted under the terms below, it is resolved with store credit or an exchange.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you placed an order by mistake, contact us within one hour of purchasing and we may be able to issue store credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. If you receive the wrong product or size, notify us within one business day of delivery. In these cases we will make it right, and we cover return shipping when an item is defective or the error is ours.
Returns — Item Not to Your Satisfaction
If an item simply isn't to your satisfaction, let us know within 3 days of receiving it. You may return it for store credit or an exchange (no refunds). Returns of this kind are arranged and paid for by you — please use your own shipping label with tracking. To be accepted, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with any tags attached. For health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. A 25% restocking fee applies to satisfaction returns.
Final Sale Items
All final sale, clearance, and sale-section items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom & Pre-Order Items
Custom and pre-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective. See our Custom Order Policy and Preorder Policy.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or report a defective or incorrect item, email customerservice@trufacebygrace.com or call 410 917 8333 with your order number. Our team will confirm whether your item qualifies and guide you through the next steps. Please pack items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
